What does a Stately Vows portrait cost?
Seeing your portraits costs nothing: your first 4 passes are free, and each paints 4 versions, so that is 16 watermarked previews. After that, 10 more passes cost $10; the clean digital pack is $44, prints start at $85 and canvas at $129. Shipping is included in the price, and tax is added at checkout.
Is it AI, and do you say so?
Yes. Every portrait is painted by OpenAI's image model from your photos and checked for likeness by Anthropic's Claude; no person paints or retouches it. Previews carry a "Stately Vows" watermark and an "AI-Generated · Stately Vows" mark, and every page of the site says the portraits are AI-generated.
How large can we print?
Most styles are painted at 1024 by 1536 pixels, which is sharpest at the smaller sizes, such as 8x12 and 12x18 inches. The larger sizes are sold, but they will look softer up close; for a big wall, a canvas viewed from across the room is kinder.
Can we get a refund?
Every order is made for you, so sales are final and there are no returns for a change of mind. A damaged, defective, misprinted or lost order is replaced or refunded: email support@painted.app within 30 days.
